Life Begins

The beginning of life
Where does it begin?
Does life begin with the start of a cry?
With a feeling of discomfort and fright?
Does it have to end that way?
We are born to cry, we are meant to die?
We are meant to cry till the day we die!?

And we remember nothing of our own births
We can't recall that first heartbeat of ours,
That first plead for attention, affection, and love
And that first walk?
Do you remember that?
The introduction to freedom

So I say, life doesn't begin there,
It does not begin with the physical soul
But it begins within our mind

When we awake to the reality of life
When it changes, when we mature
When we enter life's experiences,
Meant to teach us and instruct us,
But in sometime, we are unaware
Of the beauty of life
And we live, and we die, and we are reborn,
Into multiple new phases of life
And in its stages, we are recycled
We are recycled.
