Time is my worst enemy

It disrupts me and brings uneasiness in my life
In building a foundation to establish a secure life
 
Now I say:
Grip tightly to all that is in our hold
Reach out and take what you can control
Before life gives no more to push for
 
I am a spirit, and it also lies in space
It moves me, it holds me, it’s a part of me
It brings me life too, let your spirits go free
Cause it can cause this movement in me
 
No things in life are secure
All things in life can fade in time
 
And that makes
Time my worst enemy
 
My hands; my physical strong hands
If I can just grasp all that is in front of me
And yet they are so weak; I let go so easily
My fingers, point to all my goals
Not here, but out there somewhere
Let me see you point out there, somewhere
 
In space, where we all need to be
Free- dim, but yet seen
Where we have a chance to make all our wishes come true
 
Free?
Some say nothing comes for free
Nothing comes easy in life
We all must work hard to be someone
 
Make your own space
Hold a galaxy in your arms
Engulf the universe
All is there waiting to be revealed
 
Beware of the black hole
It pulls your energy out
Its magnetic gravity pulls you closer to death
And giving up on your self is that death
 
In such case, take your courage
And brace yourself on to me
I'll be reaching out in the distance
Riding a cloud, floating around
 
Effort always counts
Maybe compromise too
Take those space boots
And rocket fuel
All that is valid, find it in YOU
That is your fuel, your willingness to do
 
Free as space, full of stars
Jump and twirl high around
No gravity just space
It's our will and way
 
I like it when we are willing to give
A star that lies within each one
Makes another wish come true
And it falls into me
