Creature of Paths 7/00 acrylic

This creature represents the mix of paths
that exist in our life. The good and the bad that
we must confront in life.

He is an angel, but he is a demon.
He is of the heaven domain, but he is burning in fire too.

I did this painting for the men's bathroom door at the Ben Shahn
art building at WPUNJ. It is still there.

This was my last painting completed July 2000.
I did not paint for the following four years to focus on
other interests and hobbies. Finally, in late 2004, I
once again have plans to return to my original love and
create a new batch of paintings.
