Despite my cell phone
Despite my TV
And despite my e-mail, snailmail
T1, T3, fiber optic cable, walkman, diskman,
Policeman, internal combustion engine,
Jet engine, telegraph, photograph, fax machine,
Sign language, 2nd language, native language,
Their words, our words, my words, these words,
6 billion roaming faces and
1 promise to never be alone,

My heart may be broken,
And I will only be saved
By myself.
