Introduction

There are certain things that are necessary and essential for the true survival of the human species. In order to have true happiness or feel content among the negativity that plagues us, we must go deep into the meaning of life. Is there a meaning to life? And if so, what is it? There are those who could care less about the meaning of life or things that deal with the spiritual: 'Have fun and live life to its fullest. It's ok to eat, drink, and act irresponsibly, we're all going to die anyway!'

Then there are those who always wonder and are a little "old" inside. There is a calling, something inside that is not quite audible.
Then there are those who just live life without a worry; Too materialistic. 

But I believe that there is a spiritual meaning, a quest, a meaning for each one of us and our place in this universe. We need to respect our body, listen to our spirit, and project positive thoughts into the universe.There are ways to transforming our dark spirits into something more powerful.

Here are some things that I feel are essential to strengthening the human spirit.    

Setting ourselves into pattern on a daily bases will help too. You may want to create a schedule and try to follow it. Daily prayer is an essential part of connecting to that higher being. Keeping a daily journal or expressing yourself through some physical form, maybe recordable is a way to face reality and accept the good and the bad and find a way to make the best out of it. This will help us let go of our past. I'd have to say that 'time' is one of those things that effects us all. The past and the future is an illusion. We have to learn to live in the NOW.

Meditation as I said above, I prefer to say prayer, is an important part of self realization and self discovery. Its a way to get closer to that divine source that we all depend so much on. But it is essential that we trust and love ourself in order to commune with that high source. The more you give thanks for everything, and i mean everything you have, the more good things will come back to you.

It’s true what they say: "You are what you eat" so eat right. Feeding yourself with earthy things will help you fight diseases.Exercise is important in any which way we can get it. The body needs to be strong in order to withstand physical diseases and pains. We need to feed our bodies with all sorts of positive energy.
Depression is massive. But there is a cure for it and it’s not with some drug approved by the FDA. They only want people hooked on drugs because it brings them big business.

 Knowledge is power.

 Another thing, Spirituality is not only a relationship with the universe but with God.There are many things that I can talk about that will help. I am going to make a simple list that hopefully will be easy to read and follow and that any person willing to apply them will do it with ease.  The point to all of this is that no matter what the problems in life, even when we feel like we are enslaved or trapped, there are solutions and ways to cope.
